- GALAXYMALE.COM RevShare Program commissions are paid based on 50% of the customers initial and recurring purchases,
less billing company and processing fees (approx. 15%). All checks will be sent out twice per month on the 8th and 22nd of each
month and drawn in US dollars.
- For a sale to generate a commission to a RevSharer, the customer must complete the signup form via the required signup link
containing their RevShareID. Any sales from customers that are not from a RevSharers link can not be credited to
a RevShare account.
- RevShare commissions totalling less than $50 during a one month period will be held until the next commission
period when the commission total exceeds the minimum $50 payout.
- RevSharers are responsible for any of their customer refunds, cancellations, credits or chargebacks.
These amounts will be deducted from the RevSharers monthly sales totals and commissions.
- A RevSharer will not spam to promote their our
site. The use of promotional tactics that constitute excessive complaints or spam may result in the suspension or termination of a RevSharers account without payment
of any commissions.
- Members who purchase services thru Galaxybucks RevShare Program are deemed customers of Galaxymale.com Prices and services may change from
time to time, as determined by Galaxymale.com, our services agreements or policies.
- A RevShare account will be immediately cancelled for any of the following reasons, but not limited to:
- Promoting and/or providing content intended for viewing by children, or under age 18 viewing
- Promoting and/or providing content depicting violence
- Promoting and/or providing content that is illegal or of a questionable nature
- Violating intellectual property rights
- All content provided through the Galaxybucks RevShare Program remains the sole property of Galaxymale.com and/or it's affiliates and partners.
- Galaxybucks or a Galaxybucks RevSharer may cancel the RevShare account at any time, or for any reason. Upon cancelation of a
RevShare Account, the RevSharer will be paid for any commissions up to that time, with the exception of a RevShare account
being terminated due to #5 or #7, or any other violation of our services agreement or policies.
- We reserve the right to not accept a potential RevSharers that does not comply with our services agreement or policies.
- We reserve the right to not accept any RevShare Accounts.
- GALAXYMALE.COM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Service Agreement to http://www.galaxybucks.com/serviceagreement.asp.
